- Welcome to Pitton Cross Camping and Caravan Park close to Rhossili village in Britain's First Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Gower Peninsula offers breathtaking coastal scenery, unrivalled countryside fabulous sunsets and something for everyone, whether you enjoy walking, water sports, rock climbing, cycling, eating out or just taking it easy Gower has something for you.
Our on site shop has all the day to day essentials
together with a range of fishing tackle and bait, camping equipment, garden and ornamental candles, gas, beach goods, and an extensive range of KITES and accessories. Visit our kite website to see some of the kites available by mail-order or off the shelf.
Pitton Cross occupies a flat site just off the road to Rhossili and comprises of 6 small fields each with some 15 to 20 pitches some offering sea views others shelter and privacy.
Part of the park is a 'family area' a 'designated quiet zone' between 8 pm and 8 am. This includes an area where dogs are not permitted.
All fields are provided with hook-up points at either 10 or 16 amp rating.Together with our showers and utility block we also provide a dish washing area, laundry room and a parent and toddler room with baby bath and changing surfaces - Tourist Attractions

Lots of walking both coastal and inland and a range of water sports Mewslade Bay and Rhossili Downs with a view over the Bristol Channel to North Devon and inland to the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons.

Leave M4 motorway at Junction 42 along the A483 to Swansea. Follow the A4067 brown signs to Mumbles and South Gower until you reach Texaco petrol station on your left. Get in the right hand lane, take next turning right B4436 to, South Gower. Continue following the brown South Gower Signs through Kittle, then Pennard, you turn right at Pennard church follow signs for Rhossili, South Gower you are now on the A4118 South Gower road. Continue along this road, you pass through the villages of Penmaen, Knelston and then Scurlage turn right here follow signs for Rhossili, continue for 2 miles Pitton Cross Caravan & Camping is on the left.See also: MultiMap
